Except for products designated as non-returnable, we accept a return for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, if the return is made within 30 calendar days of delivery and the products are returned in their original condition and original packaging.
You must obtain a return authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label. Call Customer Care at 1-866-501-3705. We cannot credit a refund without an RMA number. Please keep receipts and delivery notices on file.
Once the product has been received and inspected, a refund is issued. Refunds are processed within approximately 1 to 2 weeks of our receipt of the merchandise and are usually credited to the original payment method.
The 30-day risk-free trial also applies to orders paid with Affirm. After we receive and inspect the product, we submit your refund to Affirm; the refunded amount appears on your loan balance within 3 to 10 business days.
